Attorney Generals in Two States Now Investigating and Using Legal Strategies to Protect Students

Attorney Generals are taking the lead to protect students under attack by far-right extreme policies. 

On Friday, August 4, California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced an investigation into the Chino Valley Unified School District over a policy that would "out" LGBTQIA+ students.
